Delivery And Policy

 
1) ORDERING
   
    i) Online ordering

    *Case A  : Cash on delivery 
            i) After received your order, order confirmation will be sent out via both SMS &EMAIL at the same day.
            ii) Delivery will be made as per requested date&time or soonest the next day of ordering.
                 (Allow us to  SMS/CALL you before delivery as a gentle reminder.)
            iii) Order will be CANCELLED if delivery delayed more than 5 calender days from the date of the order.
                * First Come First Serve. (due to limited stock)
 
    *Case B : ATM / Internet Transfer
            i) After received your order, order confirmation will be sent out via both SMS &EMAIL at the same day.
            ii) Please make payment within 5 days after order confirmation. 
            iii) Please inform "Details of Payment" (which bank you have bank in) via sms/email for tracking purpose.
            iv) Delivery will be made as requested date&time or soonest the next day after payment is confirmed.
                (A SMS/EMAIL to you to inform the delivery arrangement.)
            v) Order will be CANCELLED if no payment made within 5 calender days after order confirmation.
                * Please take note that fund transfer to different bank will take 2 more days.

* For order above S$30 : Free delivery to any MRT/NEL station (Except LRT) 
                                     Or, S$5 charge for delivery to specify destination in Singapore.
* For order below S$30 : Self pick up at Sembawang MRT (Please tick Sembawang MRT when order online)
 
* Delivery time:
   i) Weekday : 7PM -11PM  
   ii) Weekend : 9AM-9PM   
* No Postage delivery, all goods are hand carry so as to being checked and accepted on the spot.
 
 
Policy 
4) EXCHANGE / RETURN
 * Please understand that all sales are FINAL.
    (All items will be checked and accepted on the spot upon delivery.)
 * However defectives shall be entertained within 3 calender days prior to product never been used yet.
 * Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.
 * Cancellation order has to be made via phone call 4 hours before delivery.
 
5) Reservation
   i) Reservation of items is only valid upon receiving payment. 
   ii) Customers should make payment as soon as possible once they receive the order confirmation 
       to avoid stock unavailability.
 
6)  Privacy Policy
   * All customers' informations will not be divulged, sold, transfer to any third party without customer's prior consent
   *  Personal data colletcted, will not be used for a new purpose unless obtain consent from customers.
   *  Customers will occasionally receive email on special promotions we hold and new products updated with
      customer's consent.
